One of the major goals at the Brown's Funeral Home is to make arrangements easier for the families that we serve.  With the help of technology we are able to provide information for families before they come to the Funeral Home.  Listed below are prices for Classified Death Notices, Obituaries, In Memoriams, and Cards of Thanks, as well as deadlines, phone numbers and fax numbers.

CARDS OF THANKS
This is an insertion in the paper where you thank people that helped you during your time of need. Typically people thank their Doctors, Nurses and friends.

NEWSPAPER # 1: 100 words $11.75 Additional words $0.06 each
NEWSPAPER # 2: $0.44/word

OBITUARIES
This details the personal data, background, funeral details as well as the survivors of the deceased.

NEWSPAPER # 1: Free of Charge

IN MEMORIAMS
This generally states the deceased's name and the date of passing. It is not uncommon for survivors to include a short poem that fits the occassion.

DEATH NOTICE
The death notice gives detail about where the person passed on, who is survivied by them and the location and date of the funeral.

DEADLINES
NEWSPAPER # 1: Monday by 5:00p.m. for Wednesday's paper
NEWSPAPER # 2: Monday-Friday by 7:00p.m. for next day,Sunday by 
                                      7:00p.m. for Monday's paper.
