Obituary of Roger Humphrey Tompkins

Roger Humphrey Tompkins went to be with his Lord on February 12, 2015. He was 66 years old. Roger was born on October 21, 1948 to his parents Albert and June Tompkins in Santa Ana, California. His loves in life included archeology, geology and farming, but most of all serving the Lord as a missionary in the Philippines and S.E. Asia since 1978. Roger pioneered the ministry of MCN Inc. and is loved and missed by the many he fathered, mentored, and led to the Lord. Roger is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Janice Tompkins; his children Gitahh & Jeremy Hurley, Becky & Tim Mininger, Jenni & JP Wilson, Anna & Matthew Wallace, Melissa Tomkins, John & Evita Tompkins; his grandchildren Jordan, Mya, Elli, and Addi; his sister Christy Raney, and his brother Michael Tompkins. He was preceded in death by his parents. Services will be held at the New Heights Church East Campus on February 18, 2015 at 11 AM. Burial will follow at the Fern Prairie Cemetery at 1 PM.
