Obituary of Gregory Owens

Gregory Allen Owens passed away at home, surrounded by his family and loved ones, on November 8, 2014. He was 54 years old. Greg was born to his parents Robert and Donna Owens on July 11, 1960, in Eugene, Oregon. He spent his working years as a cost accountant, and was a 15 year resident of the Camas/Washougal area. Greg enjoyed bowling and participated in many tournaments, he loved baseball (especially the Seattle Mariners), he was a member of Grace Foursquare Church, enjoyed reading classic literature and followed local politics. He is survived by his wife, Pamela Joy Owens, his mother Donna J. Owens of Eugene, son David (wife Renee) Owens, and granddaughter Nikolina of Sunriver, stepson Benjamin Nelson of Bellingham, stepdaughter Rachella Nelson of Tigard, brother Dwight Owens of Gresham, sister Cindy Schwarm (husband Dennis) of Creswell, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as his in-laws. A celebration of Greg's life will take place at Brown's Funeral Home in Camas on November 14, 2014 at 4 PM.
